Freedive Key West is a certified Fii Freediving Instruction School Located in the Florida Keys. Tracy Wollschlager, Fii Freediving Instructor, is dedicated to sharing the art and science of freediving. Whether you’re just starting with our Fii Level 1 and Juniors Level 1 Courses or looking to enhance your safety skills in our Advanced Freediving Safety Course, we have something for everyone. For those interested in spearfishing, we periodically host specialized courses led by expert instructors who visit throughout the year.

We also offer guided freediving and spearfishing journeys for groups.
